Pro Seal opened in 2004 by John Jenkins, an auto finance manager. After years of having his driveway serviced by nonreputable companies, John saw the need for someone he could count on to provide a great service.
For nearly two decades, Pro Seal has been servicing commercial and residential customers.
Pro Seal specializes in seal coating and striping for malls, shopping centers, schools, churches, airport runways, commercial properties, apartments, and residential driveways.
Our dedicated staff understands our mission.

We Care About the Details
Pro Seal uses some of the industry's best products and equipment. One of the products that we use in seal coating driveways and parking lots is called Coal Tar which is one of the strongest sealants still being used today. We use the Polymer-Modified Coal Tar Pavement Sealer. Its benefits are listed below:

- Highly Durable- applied at 48-55% solid (most sealants are applied at 40% solid)
- Dries Fast
- Rubberized for added flexibility and adhesion
The parking lot striping units that we use are airless sprayers that create very sharp line edges. Our paint for the sprayers is a high traffic, durable paint.
Communication is Key
Understanding the customer's need is the most important job we have. We pay close attention to details.
Pro Seal uses what we call our CCAS method for seal coating and striping:
Convenience:
Pro Seal makes sure we schedule your work around your best time.
Cleaning:
The crew uses high pressure air, picks and wire brushes to remove debris.
Application:
Pro Seal applies a heavy black coat of asphalt sealant to protect your existing asphalt and to give you a clean new look. Because the sealant is quick drying the striping process starts soon after.
Safety:
Fluorescent vests, tape, and cones are used to protect our crew.
